Detailed Site Survey Services Search Coordinator 2011 – 2013
ARTC on behalf of RailCorp and in conjunction with AURECON Australia was the custodian of and responsible for the updating and issuing of the DSS drawings for the rail corridor between Enfield West and Glenlee for the duration of this project.
Responsible for ensuring that the construction contractors had obtained the appropriate DSS and DBYD services drawings and that all such services within the works areas were located, marked and identified before any construction activity commenced.
Continuous association and collaboration with Aurecon’s CAD operators located within ARTC and constant liaison with the Aurecon DSS team on the updating process. Site walkthroughs in conjunction with Aurecon and RailCorp DSS representatives for the whole 37 kilometre work zone occurred prior to sign off of each DSS drawing and return by ARTC to RailCorp.
