He has a long-term corporate knowledge of the NSW portfolio of railway infrastructure, spanning 30 years within engineering, maintenance, asset management and regional infrastructure planning in the legacy railway agencies, including strategic planning roles within City Rail and in the private sector.

Technical Manager 2015 – Present
Track & Turnout Maintenance Review – Engaged to review and design a new Track Maintenance regime for Track and turnouts and provide input for upload to MIMIR
Signal Technical Documentation Review – Through Windana Research, reviewing and classifying content of technical documents used by the Signalling and Control Systems Division of Sydney Trains. The purpose is to enable the separation from ASA documentation and repackaging to suit Sydney Trains’ needs.
Asset Manager 2014
Newcastle Line Truncation & Wickham Station – Prepared an asset maintenance review and document for the Project Definition & Concept Stage. This Asset Maintenance Review provided sufficient information to enable an asset maintenance strategy to evolve through the Design and Delivery Phase. The aim was to guide the development of an asset maintenance strategy that will provide all Asset Management Information resulting from the configuration changes of this project and provide direct input into the asset maintenance plan.
