Congratulations to Abbie Thomas, Project Manager at Rail Planning Services, for achieving the Chartered (CPEng) and NER credentials through Engineers Australia. These credentials are a testament to an engineer’s qualifications, knowledge and experience, as they are based on internationally recognised engineering education and competency standards, and are an essential step toward state registration for engineers.

Abbie is a mechanical engineer with over ten years’ experience in the rail industry. She has a history of service to the industry, having held the position of Secretary, Rail Track Association Australia (RTAA) since 2016. Abbie is currently working on Sydney Metro’s City & Southwest project, carrying out the role of Possession Coordinator.
