Congratulations to Ben Goulden, Graduate Engineer at Rail Planning Services, for obtaining his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering earlier this year.

Since joining us as an undergraduate, Ben has worked in a variety of roles including assisting our constructability team to develop construction staging methodologies on Sydney Metro and More Trains More Services projects, working in the project management team on Sydney Metro Central Station Upgrade, and providing support on Queensland Rail’s Clapham Junction project and V/Line’s Maintenance Delivery Strategy.

Ben is also participating in our Graduate Program, which is designed to help engineers manage the early years of their career, to give them a positive start to their professional life and lay the foundation for a long and rewarding career. The Graduate Program includes project/ role rotation, in-house and external training, membership to industry bodies, attendance at conferences and other networking opportunities and assigning a mentor to provide support and guidance.
