Michael Hickey, Director at Rail Planning Services, is delivering quality rail education as a lecturer for the Diploma of Engineering Infrastructure course offered via the University of Tasmania.

The course is aimed at engineering personnel intending to work in the management, design, construction and maintenance of rail infrastructure, and it fills a critical gap not currently addressed in the tertiary sector.
