Rail Planning Services is proud to announce the formal commencement of our Graduate Program, designed to help young engineers manage their early years, to give them a positive start to their professional life and lay the foundation for a long and rewarding career.

The Graduate Program includes project/ role rotation, in-house and external training, membership to industry bodies, attendance at conferences and other networking opportunities. In addition to this, each graduate is assigned a mentor to provide support and guidance.

Our graduates have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, while developing their technical, project management and leadership skills. They will also be working toward obtaining Chartered status (CPEng) through Engineers Australia, setting them on the path of continued learning throughout their career.

We are looking forward to contributing to the engineering profession by helping grow capable, responsible, efficient engineers.
