It was great to get together with women (and men) in the industry at the Rail Track Association Australia – RTAA Women in Rail Breakfast.  Thank you to RTAA for hosting such an important event, and for all the hard work that went into conducting its 2017 and 2022 surveys to better understand the experiences of women working in rail.

It’s hard to believe that gender equality discussions are still necessary in 2022, but here we are.

At Rail Planning Services, we are proud of our female contingent and work hard to treat all our people in an equitable manner and provide an inclusive work environment.  We are also proud of our people who take on positions of service to the industry, like our Abbie Thomas who is the RTAA Secretary.
