Congratulations to Tim Speed, Senior Consultant at Rail Planning Services, for recently being awarded the Diploma of Engineering Infrastructure (Rail) through the University of Tasmania. The course provided invaluable information on track engineering, track-train interaction, track defects and maintenance, and other topics, delivered by industry experts.

Tim has been with Rail Planning Services for almost five years. He is a mechanical engineer with 20 years’ experience in infrastructure services, currently working on Sydney Metro’s City & Southwest project as part of the client team covering the works at Central Station.
