Gawler Rail Electrification Project is the electrification of the Gawler Rail Line and Dry Creek Railcar Depot, including pedestrian level crossing enhancements and replacement of the signalling system (including Automatic Train Protection).
Rail Planning Services were engaged to review the delivery schedule. Scope included a review of the proposed construction methodology, possession schedule and sequencing of track and rail systems. Our team provided qualitative and quantitative analysis of the P6 program with regard to all major rail disciplines SME’s (Civil, Electrical, Track & Signalling) including a complete forensic analysis of the Primavera P6 construction schedule and report findings utilising Acumen Fuse software.
Analysis results were used to communicate the health of the project to senior management/ executives.
